New development request

Do you have any changes you need made to forms, services or processes? Use the development request form to pass these over to the Customer Technology Team for consideration.

How the request process works

You can make 4 different types of request:

  1. Request a new digital form / process
  2. Request a change to an existing digital form / process
  3. Make an admin request (new user, permissions, etc.)
  4. Make a reporting request (Excel or Power BI report)

We prioritise requests for support that align to the council's priorities. The more notice and detail you can provide, the better. Please allow around 2 weeks for a first response and considerably longer for the work to be actioned. It's important that you plan ahead.
